Job Description:

* IBM hiring "Engineer Trainee-ISL" for experienced candidates from the background of any Science      Graduate from a reputed University.

* Candidates who are having knowledge on software project management, software development life cycle,        defect life cycle and software process metrics can apply for this job. 

* Candidates must have basic knowledge on xml and xsl. 

* Should have 1 to 2 yrs of experience and having solid experience in semi client facing/technical role (or)     

   any configuration related profiles are eligible for this position.

* Candidate should be excellent in written communication skills, verbal and must be document skills.  

* Candidate should be flexible to work in night shifts.
